The aims of the system are as follows:
To identify the processes necessary to develop a system which complies to the requirements of the ISO certificates.
To develop appropriate procedures, the implementation of which will ensure that all work is executed to the required standards and the satisfaction of our clients.
To train company personnel in the implementation of the above-noted procedures and to promote quality awareness
To ensure the availability of resources and data for the effective implementation of the system
To monitor and review the development of the system in order to monitor its effectiveness
To further review this policy and related documents in order that a process of continuing improvement may be achieved
To achieve the important inspections on incoming and outgoing materials
To obtain correct classification on subcontractors and vendors involved with the company
All works performed by JROGS are to undergo direct inspection from technical management and quality control management to obtain the right aims based by the company.
